- Join the A167(M) Central Motorway heading north.
- Keep in the right hand lane and bear right at the exit signposted A1058 Tynemouth.
- Follow the A1058 (Coast Road) for approximately 3 miles.
- Go straight on at the lights next to the Corner House Pub and past the exit signposted Chillingham Road.
- At the next exit bear left signposted Walker.
- At the traffic lights at the top of the slip road, turn right onto Red Hall Drive and go straight on through the next set of lights onto Benfield Road.
- Take the first left onto Industry Road and arrive at 1st Storage Centres at the end on the left...
From Gosforth
- Take A191 signposted Whitley Bay.
- At Haddricksmill Junction Roundabout take 2nd exit and at ensuing roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Benton Park Road - A191 (signposted Tynemouth).
- Continue on the A191 Benton Park Road, passing the Freeman Hospital and entering Longbenton.
- At Longbenton Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Front Street, A191 (signposted Whitley Bay and Tynemouth).
- Turn right onto Coach Lane.
- Follow Coach Lane and pass Northumbria University Coach Lane Campus.
- At the lights at the bottom of Coach Lane go straight on, onto Red Hall Drive and go straight on through the next set of lights onto Benfield Road.
- Take the first left onto Industry Road and arrive at 1st Storage Centres at the end on the left...
From the Tyne Tunnel (South)
- Follow the A19 signposted Tyne Tunnel.
- Pass through the Tyne Tunnel and take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto A19 signposted Morpeth.
- At next roundabout take the 1st exit, A1058 signposted Newcastle.
- Follow the Coast Road and pass under the railway bridge.
- You will see immediately to your left is 1st Storage Centres.
- Take the next slip road (left).
- At the lights at the top of the slip road, turn left onto Benfield Road.

From Tynemouth / North Shields
- Follow the A1058 signposted Newcastle.
